FULL RETURNS POLICY

OUR FULL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important to us that your bikini fits you properly and you LOVE it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after trying it on, you may return your item, within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or we will happily exchange for a product of the same value. 

Not withstanding our 60 Day Comfort Guarantee:

  • Product must be received by us within 60 days of purchase for exchange, store credit or refund.
  • The first return has free shipping, with any additional returns postage being paid by the customer.
  • Items should be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, in their original transparent plastic packaging, with all tags still attached. 
    • A re-packaging fee of $10 is accessed for each item returned without its original packaging.
    • Bottoms should have hygiene strips in place.
  • It is suggested that you check your size to minimize the risk of returning your swimwear.
  • Items returned with any fragrance or odor requires special ozone treatment, and a $10 per item charge will be assessed.
  • Orders with 5 or more items purchased AND returned will be charged a carbon off-set fee of $20.
REFUNDS
  • ORDERS or SALE items discounted more than 20% cannot be refunded - only exchanged or a store credit can be given for the sale value.
    • Includes any discounted product in an order such as a bundle sale or sale where discounts are applied to a single product.  e.g. Product 1 at $100 + Product 2 at $0 = 50% discount on the order.
  • Refunded Orders are subject to a processing fee of $5.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving goods.
  • Return Postage:
    • Paid for US & Canada Customers. 
  • Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
  • Return Postage:
    • Paid for US & Canada Customers. 
  • If the item you are exchanging is of less or greater value, you will be required to pay the difference or we will refund you the difference.
  • We do offer one free exchange. For any further exchanges you are required to pay for shipping.
STORE CREDIT
  • Store credits will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. Gift Cards can only be used online.
  • Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Gift Cards are only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Voucher will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Gift cards do not expire.
  • Store credits and Gift Cards issued prior to September 2022 can only be applied to the full retail value of items, and do not cover shipping or return shipping.

    • Paid for US & Canada Customers. 

CANADA DUTY & TAXES

Please be aware Canadians purchasing goods from Australia are subject to an 18% Tariff, C.O.D.

PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP

Returned packages not being picked up from your postal service can be re-fulfilled for a fee of $10 to cover standard shipping costs or $20 to cover Express Shipping.

LOST IN TRANSIT

A tracking number will be provided for every shipment from Lilly & Lime.  Should items be lost prior to delivery, or as part of the returns process, the following applies.

  1. Responsibility for Items in Transit: While we strive to provide reliable delivery, we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to or from our customers. This includes items not received due to failure to collect or accept delivery.

  2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Refunds for items not picked-up or otherwise lost in transit are eligle for a full refund less all shipping costs once the product is "returned to sender".
  3. Refund or Exchange Process: In cases where a product is being returned and is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange until the item is safely received at our facility.

  4. Inspection Period: Upon receipt of a returned item, we will take up to 7-10 business days to inspect the product to verify its condition. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after this inspection is complete.
